Nutec Performance Labs' Nu-Nitro 8

Up until now, pro-hormones have been touted as the ultimate way to increase testosterone levels, nitrogen retention and as an end-result, muscle mass. However, with legislation that is on the works as well as the fact that some of these pro-hormones provide the same side effects as steroids, some companies have started to develop non-prohormone based products that would aid in attaining higher testosterone levels along with higher nitrogen retention. Nu-Nitro 8, from Nutec Performance Labs, is such product.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Nu-Nitro-8 delivers eight anabolic compounds that were stacked to increase testosterone levels and nitrogen retention; two things that result in the accumulation of muscle mass. The product consists of a stack of ZMA, Zinc, B-6, Coleus Forskohlii, Tribulus Terrestris, 20 Beta Ecdysterone, 7-Isopropoxyisoflavone, and 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone. While I have tried most of the ingredients contained in this product at one time or another with good results, I had never tried them all at once. Most exciting was the fact that the product contained COLEUS FORSKOHLII, an herb that grows in some parts of the Middle East. In a study conducted by Sabinsa Corporation, the company that earned a patent for the use of this herb in promoting lean mass gains, the subjects using 250 mg of Coleus forskohlii extract (containing 25 mg of forskolin) orally twice per day lost almost 8 pounds of body fat and gained almost 8 pounds of muscle during the 8 weeks trial! When I called the president of the
company, Randy Cutro, he told me that it was most difficult for him to get this ingredient in the correct dosages in his product. As a matter of fact, he had to sign all sorts of paperwork and even change the label of his formula to include the ForsLean logo. Apparently, many companies are claiming that they have forskolin in their product, when in fact they are getting it from someone else other than Sabinsa. That represents a problem since Sabinsa is the only corporation that has the real thing (tip: make sure that whichever product that claims to contain COLEUS FORSKOHLII, which needs to be standardized for forskolin, has the ForsLean mark on the bottle).

5-METHYL-7-METHOXYISOFLAVONE, a non-hormonal, anabolic and anti-catabolic isoflavone that has been shown to enhance protein synthesis, which, in turn, promotes increased muscle growth and strength. 5-Methyl-7-methoxyisoflavone was developed to offer support to individuals suffering from "wasting" conditions such as AIDS and Cancer. BENEFITS OBTAINED
After an 8 week trial, here are my thoughts:
- While there is no instant gratification, such as when you use an ephedrine product, after 3 weeks or so you notice that you start to get harder.
- Within the first week I started experiencing a better pump.
- Acne and sex drive increased within the first week, all signs of heighted testosterone levels
- Strength levels increased by the second week of use.
- Fat Loss increased without any changes on my diet. According to my body fat results I lost around 8 pounds of body fat in 8 weeks. Keep in mind that during my off-season I eat around 500 calories above what I burn in order to gain muscle mass, so this was a surprise.
- Muscle Mass increased by 10 pounds. Right now, I am at 200 pounds with 9% body fat.
CONCLUSION
Based on the gains that I experienced along with the fact that it is very convenient to have all of these ingredients in one product, I got to say that I am hooked. I would recommend this product to anyone that has all of their bases covered (training, nutrition, rest) and has the extra money to dwelve into these kind of supplements. If you are not training or eating right, or if you are partying 'till 5am every day, then do not waste your money as I guarantee you that it will not work for you. But if you are doing everything right and want to increase testosterone levels without the use of pro-hormones, this is the way to go!
Right now the only way to find it is through www.nutecperformance.com. I am trying to get my local nutrition stores to carry it for me so that I don't have to order from the site. The product retails for $69.95 and contains 45 servings. I took it twice a day so 2 bottles lasted me 45 days. If you have a discount outlet near you and want to save money, then your best bet is to do what I am doing and tell them to carry the product there. Otherwise, just pay full price through the net.
